Terms of Service
Clear guidelines for all investors and VPS users
Investors are fully authorized to make a profit from their allocated VPS resources. You may resell VPS services, host client applications, or use resources for any lawful commercial purpose and retain 100% of profits from your activities.
Additional IPv4 and IPv6 addresses are available as monthly add-ons. IPv4 addresses are subject to availability and market pricing. IPv6 addresses are available in /64 blocks. Contact support to purchase IP add-ons for your VPS allocation.
All services, investments, and operations are governed exclusively by Singapore law. Any disputes or legal matters will be resolved under Singapore jurisdiction. Investors and users must comply with all applicable Singapore regulations.
VPS allocations showing no activity for 6 consecutive months will result in automatic revocation of investor perks and VPS access. Activity includes server uptime, resource usage, or dashboard login. Investors will receive warnings at 4 and 5 months of inactivity.
Illegal activities of any kind will result in immediate revocation of all investor perks, VPS access, and potential legal action. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to:
- Hosting or distributing illegal content
- Unauthorized access or hacking attempts
- Spam, phishing, or malicious software distribution
- Copyright infringement or piracy
- Any activity violating Singapore law
Beyond IP addresses, investors may purchase the following monthly add-ons:
- Additional storage (SSD/NVMe upgrades)
- Bandwidth upgrades beyond base allocation
- DDoS protection services
- Managed backup solutions
- Priority technical support
- Custom OS images and templates
Important: By investing in Zenix infrastructure, you acknowledge and agree to these terms of service. Zenix reserves the right to modify these terms with 30 days notice to all investors. Continued use of services after modifications constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
